Results!

I have gone from a 38, down to a 36. and now am ready for a 34, in less than 2 months of heavy hands. I don't worry about scales at all, as long as the pants keep getting smaller. I try to do an hour a day, sometimes more. I have not changed any other thing about my life. I still eat like crap, drink beer and smoke weed. If I did tighten things up, I'd have even better results. The point is that much can be accomplished just by exercise. If you can't get the diet down don't worry about it. Put in some good quality and quantity and you'll get results. The problem with all these bullshit training programs now is that they are trainer focused. This means that these brief workout are not for your benefit but the trainers, so he can get more clients per hour. Sorry to break it to you but 10 minutes won't cut if if you plan on transforming your body. Burning calories takes time. Forget about this after burn crap. It's nonsense.

These days I am focusing on other social media and projects. I will always train, if able but I'm just running out of shit to talk about. It seems like HH is my silver bullet. So what else is there to say? When I say HH its a broad interpretation. The HH concept is always there. And this fucking thing works. Two small dumbbells and you have all that you need. You can do it in front of the TV, if that's your thing. It's so simple but it can get boring doing it in place like I do. Nothing that a little music can't remedy.  I just let me mind wander and before you know if that one hour is over.
